We don't remember why we booked the business room but somehow we did it. The room is a good size and did what we need but I kept feeling like I was there not for holidays. The bed was comfortable but the pillow wasn't (for me). I was glad that the room was air conditioning so we could sleep comfortably. There is a breakfast service but we didn't use it as it was a bit expensive for us. There is Lidl nearby so we got some bread and juice there. There is some walking distance from the underground station, about 10 min. The train goes straight near the cathedral area and shops so I say the hotel was a good location. There is a beer brewery on the way to the station and we loved the restaurant. They served nice beer and food.

The female receptionist at check in was absolutely wonderful, and particularly helpful in solving our various transport questions. Unbenownst to us, we had picked the busiest weekend of the summer (CSD Parade) to stay and the inner city was closed down. The male receptionist was also fantastic, helping our friends with a suitcase issue later in the evening. The restaurant staff were just as friendly and efficient. GREAT staff!!!! Our Standard Room was spacious, with a big window to the floor, providing us with lots of natural light. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom ticked all the boxes as well.

We were positively surprised with this hotel. We had stated that our dog was coming, which is already great that he could, and when we entered the room a water bowl and doggy treat were there. Nice extra. Breakfast was great, the bed was great, and the shower had awesome water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind the next time we’re in Cologne.

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Parking was organized in advance with charging possibility. Our daughter was welcomed with small gift and breakfast was tasty and everyone found what they liked.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, quiet and had a good shower and decent beds (it was a twin). We were attending a show at Kolnmesse and the nearby metro (500m) made that journey very easy. Decent selection of bars and restaurants nearby.

People at this hotel where very efficient at check in and very nice at the bar. Perfect combination. The beds where ok. The breakfast was amazing good. With the choise between pott-coffee or esspresso-coffee. great selection of types of breakfast etc. Great start of the day. And the location was a nice walk into the city or a short e-scooter trip over the bridge. Loved it!

We like all. We got a extra bed, as one singel person bed for our 5 years old daughter. She sleep well during 4 nights. Staff is friendly. There are several free parking places outside of hotel. Luckly we got a free parking place for 3 nights. Only one night parked our car in the garage for 14 euro. It's a nice hotel for travelling with children. Also nice go by car to other places near Koln.
