Good hotel, clean and good service. Rooms are very functional and quiet big. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from, more than you'll be able to eat! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

We don't remember why we booked the business room but somehow we did it. The room is a good size and did what we need but I kept feeling like I was there not for holidays. The bed was comfortable but the pillow wasn't (for me). I was glad that the room was air conditioning so we could sleep comfortably. There is a breakfast service but we didn't use it as it was a bit expensive for us. There is Lidl nearby so we got some bread and juice there. There is some walking distance from the underground station, about 10 min. The train goes straight near the cathedral area and shops so I say the hotel was a good location. There is a beer brewery on the way to the station and we loved the restaurant. They served nice beer and food.

The female receptionist at check in was absolutely wonderful, and particularly helpful in solving our various transport questions. Unbenownst to us, we had picked the busiest weekend of the summer (CSD Parade) to stay and the inner city was closed down. The male receptionist was also fantastic, helping our friends with a suitcase issue later in the evening. The restaurant staff were just as friendly and efficient. GREAT staff!!!! Our Standard Room was spacious, with a big window to the floor, providing us with lots of natural light. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom ticked all the boxes as well.

Breakfast was good and varied. Rooms were spacious, well heated, windows that opened. Bar below the hotel which was open late, if you want to hangout with friends. U bahn is nearby. Lidl supermarket is nearby. They arranged for a babycot. Communication was good. Underground parking (with fees) is there. (We did not reserve and had to park nearby street which was free)

The hotel is great but the location is not close to the city center. You need to use metro or tram to get there. Breakfast was lovely. The room is good, doesn't have a minibar(fridge) though. Complimentary water was provided.

Everything that you need in a personal room with personal bathroom and tidy, I had no problems, calm nights and easy mornings.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay for us. The breakfast was extremely good in terms of variety. The staff served very well. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent - a huge spread of fresh food and drinks - really good value and set us up well for every day.

The hotel is clean and disciplined The breakfast is rich and wonderful with very kind staff with a beautiful garden The rooms are clean and bigger than normal. If traveling with auto, reserving the parking lot is required.
